this is how i prepared my pasta dish. i guess it can be simply named "penne w/chicken & broccoli in alfredo sauce". the ingredients are listed above.
- cut chicken into cubes and seasoned with garlic & herb salt free seasoning & italian seasoning
- spray a frying with trader joe's italian olive oil spray (frying pan has been on heat for a few minutes)
- cook chicken until no pink then add trader joes organic frozen broccoli
- cook until broccoli is defrosted then lower heat to almost nothing
- add pasta to boiling water
- when there was about 3 minutes left on the pasta, turn up heat on chicken & broccoli, add two cloves of minced garlic (used a garlic press) for about 30 seconds, then add the alfredo sauce for the remaining 2-2.5 minutes
- mix everything together in bowl & enjoy!!
hope everyone is having a terrific guilt free day! :)
