Inspirations

there are so many people that inspire me tremendously.  everyday i am amazed by people's strength, generosity, determination, and integrity.  all of these individuals directly and indirectly influence how i attempt to handle every problem that comes my way.  i also try to block out people who live in the negative and i feel that i should not suck people into my negativity when i am feeling unhappy.  i am not always successful and i would never say that i am a bundle of joy at all times.  but i am aware that i can be pulled into negativity very easily and that i am a much better person when i am positive.  i believe that focusing on the people who inspire me will help me handle all problems and stressful situations with a smile opposed to with anger, frustration, and self-pity.  being negative and unhappy also has a way of effecting how i eat and feel about myself.  when i am wallowing in my own misery, i tend to eat unhealthy and uncontrollably.  for me, focusing on being positive can be seen in my demeanor as well as my waist!

below is the link to the white pizza recipe.  first, i would never say this is real pizza.  i continue to call it pizza for lack of a better name! :)  second, i modified it by using the ingredients above opposed the ingredients in the recipe but followed the cooking directions pretty closely.  i also cooked the garlic with the onion and added the langostino tails after the onion & garlic cooked for a few minutes to defrost it.  i have to say that i am not in love with this recipe.  i change it often to try to make it better and i think i am getting there!  any suggestions are welcome & would be appreciated! :)
