Choices & Consequences

as i was planning my meals for the day, i starting thinking about my choices & the consequences of my choices. in order for me to have my sunday macaroni tonight, i needed to keep points low during the day. im really craving egg salad though. i needed to decide what was more important to me, egg salad or sunday macs. of course, sunday macs won and i figured i can have egg salad for dinner one night this week if i really still want it! i also dont want to use as many weekly points as i normally would today because my parents are making pasta aioli w/broccoli rabe & sausage one night this week which is about 14 points for 1 cup.

every decision i make while i am planning revolves around "what is the consequence if i eat _____?" that blank could be walters, sals, or taku! if i really want to eat something "naughty", i dont deprive myself.......i figure out how to make it work! :)

funny that i am talking about choices & consequences........every decision i made yesterday did not consider any of the healthy guidelines! i didnt have fruit at all! oops! thats typically for me on the weekends though......i totally make up for it monday through friday!! :)
